| Details: Banking Operations ManagerFor Upstate’s Fastest Growing and Most PrestigiousFinancial Services Institution, Upstate, SC Great Culture, Great People, Great OpportunityOur client, a sound and growing Financial Services Institution is seeking a Regional Branch Operations Manager, who will have primary responsibility for managing the daily banking operations for all teller functions and Financial Centers, through the effective and efficient utilization of the assigned Financial Center Support staff (currently two associates), and working in concert with the Financial Center Managers, Teller Leaders and Bank Operations Team. Currently there are four Financial Centers in operation, with additional construction and expansions planned in Upstate South Carolina.Major Responsibilities:1. Operational staff development for all lobby personnel- tellers and the new accounts desk – including new hires, ongoing staff development and addressing individual developmental issues.2. Oversight of Master Schedules for each Financial Center, ensuring proper staffing levels (as determined by production); and coverage for days off requests and other unexpected time off.3. Chief liaison between Bank Operations, Financial Center Managers, and Teller Leaders to address operational issues, implement/communicate new procedures/programs, monitor staff adoption of operational practices, trouble-shoot operational issues (such as balancing, proof, compliance, fraud/forgery, etc.)4. New Financial Center Start-up: Responsible for operational planning, development and implementation for each new Financial Center, including operational process, security and compliance culminating in the effective development of new Financial Center staff and smooth Openings.5. Insuring that Financial Center staff is trained on Security Procedures and that procedures and collaboration with local law enforcement are consistent in each market. 6. Managing a staff of two Personal Banking Associate Trainers/Floaters currently with future opportunity to manage others.7. Effective maintenance of the organization’s overall lobby personnel operational training program to include material/manual, curriculum and in-house “school" development.8. Administers the bank’s branch audit, security and expedited funds compliance programs to ensure proper adherence, ongoing training, reporting and updating all appropriate associates as needed. | ||||
